以前テレビでこのお塩を知って購入しました。 友達とのBBQ用に使用。シンプルにお肉や魚に塩をふって食べました♪思った通りの美味しいお塩で、しょっぱさの中に甘さがあり、今まで食べたお塩の中で1番☆ 友達も大絶賛でした。次回のBBQでも購入したいと思います。

炭と一緒に購入したのですが、思った以上にミネラルが豊富な感じがします。さすが手作りです。豆腐にこの塩のみ振りかけて食べていますが本当に美味しいです。
