他の塩麹はもったりとしていて、それをイメージしていたので、さらさらでした。 それでも、もも肉につけておいたら、しっとりとしてやわらかくなり、他の調味料なしでおいしくいただけました。

前に購入して気に入り今回2度目の購入です 塩麹がちまたで人気が出て興味を持ちスーパーで買ってためしてみましたが あまり美味しいって感じなかったんですが ネットでこの商品を見て安いし興味を引いたので購入しお肉で試したら・・・旨い!! レシピも付いてくるんで他の料理にも挑戦しました お勧めの塩麹です

塩麹は塩味が強すぎてと思ってましたが、こちらのは味がとても良くお魚でもチキンでも1日つけておくだけで美味しくなり他の調味料いらずです。まとめ買いしていますが、各パッケージにそれぞれ説明書が入ってるので、そのまま捨てることになり面倒なのともったいない気がします。

容器も使いやすく、レシピがついてくるので色々な使い方がわかってよかったです。肉をタイムリーに使い切れないときはとりあえず漬けてます。朝焼くだけでお弁当のおかずにできて便利です。

すごくおいしい! 鶏の胸肉は3日漬けておくと焼いても揚げてもすっごく柔らかくなります! 味付けなしで食べれます! 野菜に漬ければほんのり甘くなり絶品です! 買って良かった!!

初めに見た時にこんなに水っぽくていいのかな?と思いましたが この濃度だからあまり多く使わなくて済むのですね 魚でもお肉でもこれに漬けてラップ又は保存袋に入れて2,3日は漬けて置きますとそれはそれはとても柔らかくいい味になりますのでただ焼くだけでとっても美味しい一品になります。家族からも喜ばれています。
