丁寧な職人さんの手作りの品で、美しく使い易くとても気に入ってます。八角柄も素敵です。初めて本物の包丁を持ちました。今までは、セラミックの包丁とプラスチックのまな板を使ってましたが、 最近購入したイチョウの木のまな板と合わせて使うと最高の使い心地です。料理をするのがとても楽しくなりました。値段は安くないので悩みましたが、買って良かったです。これからは本当に気に入った良い品を大事に長く使っていこうと思います。 お店の方々とのやりとりも丁寧でスムーズでした。 ありがとうございました。
