現在は、腰と背骨のそり伸ばしに使っています。 はじめは、スポーツクラブの教室などで教わった使い方をしたのですが、そんな時間も無くなり、基本的に寝っ転がって背骨を反らす運動に使っています。 たまにこの上に仰向けになって、だらんとしますが多少、気分が良くなりますからストレッチ向けですね。
