玉露(八女茶)は 体質的に合いませんでした v!v 濃い緑色が ? 色のわりに味が淡白 ? 緑茶の味がしないのです。 体調を整えて、後日、確認します。

一煎目の抽出時間は1分20秒から1分30秒、一般的な玉露用茶器と薄手の磁器で淹れてみました・・・。ほのかに玉露の味わいはしますが満足度は値段相応です。高級玉露のような味わいとは程遠いです。 安価な玉露ならではの楽しみ方は、煎茶用の小ぶりな急須を用いて、湯の量をやや少なめで60度ぐらい、抽出時間を短めにすると、甘みを堪能しつつ煎茶感覚で味わえます。 玉露を高い湯温で淹れると苦みが強く出てきます。2000円ぐらいの玉露をお選びになられたほうが気軽に楽しめるように思います。
