かわいくできます。 シリコン製は焼き色がつきにくいのですが、このバラ型の場合は焼き色がつかない方がむしろ花びらが綺麗に見えて良いと思います。型離れは良かったです。生地を入れて焼く前に気泡をきちんとぬくと、より綺麗に花びらの凹凸がでます。私は2つづつに切り分けて、他の型でフィナンシェなどを焼いたときに余った生地をこれにいれて焼いています。
