雑穀大好きな我が家。通常の雑穀だけだと、なんか物足りなく、黒米を入れると、色もきれいだし、モチモチ感もアップします。とてもきれいな粒ぞろいの黒米でした。通常の雑穀に混ぜて使用しています。

初めて購入しました。黒米自体も自分で炊くのは初めてなので心配でしたが、3合のお米に対して大さじ1杯程度の黒米を入れるだけで、炊き上がりの見た目はお赤飯のようになりました。玄米も混ぜて炊いたのですが、おいしくいただきました。体にもよさそうだし、しばらく続けてみようと思っています。

色がいいです。ウチは、もっちり玄米と白米と黒米のブレンドで炊きますが、私も娘も孫もお弁当にも使いますが冷めてもとてもおいしく大好評です。
