The oil 1 tablespoon teaspoon (about 10 cc) of hemp as breakfast each morning.

Chinese style dressing materials: 4 tablespoons of vinegar, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oil of hemp & Ginger (chopped) 1 teaspoon sesame oil, sugar, Chinese chili sauce, grated garlic each teaspoon 1 / 2
Please note that
-Alpha-linolenic acid (Omega 3) has a weak thermal and optical characteristics. It is best put on salad and dressing, fresh vegetables, served.
