奥さんが使っていた包丁がいつも切れないと言ってたので、なんか使い易くて切れる包丁がないかと探してたところ、この包丁が飛び込んできました。正直どれも一緒なんじゃないかと思ってたところ奥さんいわく良く切れると喜んでました。指切らんようにしとかなと言ってました。ありがとうございました。

家庭には贅沢な包丁です。レビュー遅れました!三徳、出刃、刺身包丁…全て使ってからのレビューです。三徳はハイスにしました!この切れ方がすごい良い!旦那曰くハイスにするとじょうぶなので、研がなくても長く切れ味が保てるそうです。 あまり使わないと思われる出刃…贅沢に関あじを購入したので、捌いてみました。マイナスさせて貰ったのは出刃です。使い方が下手なのか?骨が切れませんでした(結局、三徳で) 刺身包丁は満足です! 名前入りは自慢しちゃいますね!
