たまたまヒップアップのエクササイズを検索していたらこのDVDを見付けました。 テレビに出たのはだいぶ前だったためかどこのお店にも、オークションにも出ておらず 諦めかけましたが、こちらのお店の方が再販してくださり本当に良かったです(^^ 頑張ってやって見ようと思います。 きっともうどこにも売ってなさそうなので嬉しかったです♪ お店の方も親切で良いお店です(^^ そろそろ始めて一週間ですが少し効果が出てます。意外にもウエストもくびれます。 ずっと頑張れそうです(*^_^*)

テンポが早くて慣れるまで時間かかりそうですが、楽しいです。私は股関節が筋肉痛になりました。一枚全部やるのは無理みたいなので、毎日15分くらいは頑張ろうと思います!

が、脚とお尻は最初の8分しかやっていないにも関わらず筋肉痛になりました‼なのでやり続けたら効果はあると思います★ また膝が治ったら再開します^^

まだはじめたばかりなので、効果があるかどうかは別として、リアンドロのブラジリアンなノリが楽しくて、エクササイズもあっという間に終わってしまいます。 各人の希望に併せて、いくつかのエクササイズプランが用意されています。 (所要時間は、各日35分~1時間位) DVDの中には、各動きの解説をしたチャプターもありますので、あまり運動をしない人でも正しい動きがマスターでき、楽しくエクササイズできると思います。 結構バタバタしますが、それ程、近所迷惑にはならないかと。。。
