[Payment Methods]

We accept a credit card, PayPal and Alipay.


[Consumption tax]

When sending product to outside of Japan, overseas customer should not pay the consumption tax.
We don't charge you the consumption tax of Japan.
We deduct it from your total amount.


[Advance order]

We accept advance order.

The shipment expected date of the advance order might change.
The settling day of the credit card is the day when you order to us.
We cannot accept cancellation and return(Defective items are excluded) after your advance order.
Please order separately when you hope for a separate delivery of the items of advance order and a usual items.
Please place an advance order and other usual orders separately.Because we cannot divide one order into two or more by Rakuten system.
Please note that the maker might change a little design and the attachment.
We might cancel advance order because of the production stoppage or defective item and so on.


[Regarding the Change of customer information]

When changing delivery address, name and so on, please inform us immediately.
We cannot accept the request like this after shipment.

If you have any request, please put it into remarks column at the ordering.


[Customs duty and other taxes]

Customs duty and other taxes might be levied when ordered items reaches to your country. If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agent. Policies on these taxes vary in each country. Please contact the customs office at your county for more details.


[Delivery methods]

And we ship your order to your address as soon as possible.
Please register your name and address in English at the ordering.
We inform you a tracking number of EMS just after shipment.


After the ordering, we send you e-mail for confirmation of the order information ( shipping address, your payment method, total amount billed including shipping fee and so on). At the same time, we prepare to ship your parcel immediately.(We always try to ship the parcel as soon as possible.)
Please contact us as soon as possible before our shipping, if you have inquiry or request.
We recommend you to place an order after inquiring or requesting to us and receiving reply from us.
Otherwise, we might not be able to answer your request or solve your inquiry.

We deliver by EMS or SF Express. 
The shipping fee is decided depending on the weight.

We always weigh the parcel accurately.But error might occur.
We correct the shipping fee in this case, immediately.
We will contact the customer about it by e-mail, soon.


[Loss and damage insurance]

EMS has a reparations system for loss, a theft, and damage. The compensation to the price of up to 20000 JPY is included in the EMS charge. When the price exceeds 20000 JPY, we recommend you to pay more insured value. Because we cannot be responsible about the accident in the delivery to overseas.
When the price is higher than 20000 JPY, 50 JPY is needed in each increasing 20000 JPY.

JP Post EMS

Your order will be shipped to you via Japan Post EMS. Japan Post is a speedy delivery service that delivers to more than 120 countries. With an effective tracking system and insurance program, EMS is able to offer a secure delivery worldwide. You can track your package with the tracking code provided and it will be delivered within a week. See estimated shipping fee

SF Express (China & Hong Kong Only)

Your order will be shipped to you via SF Express service.
-The combination of two or more orders into one package cannot be accepted when delivered via SF Express.
-Maximum weight per item SF Express can ship: 70kg
-Estimated shipping days: 6 to 10 business days (to China only)
*Please keep in mind that delivery time may vary due to weather condition, custom and unexpected occurrence.
For orders made using SF Express, please be aware of the following:
In accordance with Chinese import regulations, personal shipments with multiple quantity and items per order into China cannot be valued at more than 1,000 RMB (approximately 18,000JPY) per order.
To ensure that you can receive your products in the fastest possible time, please make sure that each order is valued at less than 1,000 RMB. In the event that you purchase only 1 piece, the total value of that order cannot exceed 5,000 RMB (approximately 90,000 JPY)
The quantity for each order cannot exceed 10 pieces Once the shipment arrives into China warehouse, SF Express will contact you with regards to the import duties and taxes For new customers utilizing SF Express, a copy of “National Identification Card” is needed when processing your item  through customs in China only for your first purchase.

Return Policy

[Regarding Return and Cancellation]
 
We do not accept refund, exchange and cancellation in any case for international shipping services.
We do not accept cancellation and change of advance order. We also do not accept change and cancellation, when we hold the shipment as customer’s request.
 
Please check item’s size, colors, design and so on before ordering.
 
 
[Regarding defective product]

(1) The shipment to Asia
 
If the product has a defect or when different item from the ordered item has arrived , please inform us in 10 days or less from our shipment by e-mail and so on. And please add the photos of defective part at the e-mail to us or please show us the photos by cloud. We never can accept the defective item after this period.
 
(2) The shipment to Oceania, North America, Central America
 
If the product has a defect or when different item from the ordered item has arrived , please inform us in 12 days or less from our shipment by e-mail and so on. And please add the photos of defective part at the e-mail to us or please show us the photos by cloud. We never can accept the defective item after this period.
 
(3) The shipment to Europe
 
If the product has a defect or when different item from the ordered item has arrived , please inform us in 11 days or less from our shipment by e-mail and so on. And please add the photos of defective part at the e-mail to us or please show us the photos by cloud. We never can accept the defective item after this period.
 
 
(4) We do not owe the responsibility of time spent  for Customs.

Damage of product may sometimes happen by delivery accident.
 
If you find it, please refer to the procedure as follows:
(1) Please keep the delivery bag or delivery box and other packaging materials well. Please never throw them away.
(2) Please contact us about damage of product and send us the picture of them(product and packaging materials).
(3) Please contact Post Office and submit the Damage Report to them.

We submit the Damage Report to Japanese Post office at the same time.
