We welcome the orders from overseas.
Here are the general notes for our international shipping.

We accept a credit card, PayPal and Alipay.
When sending product to outside of Japan, overseas customer should not pay the consumption tax.
We don't charge you the consumption tax of Japan.
We deduct it from your total amount.
We accept advance order.
The shipment expected date of the advance order might change.
The settling day of the credit card is the day when you order to us.
We cannot accept cancellation and return(Defective items are excluded) after your advance order.
Please order separately when you hope for a separate delivery of the items of advance order and a usual items.
Please place an advance order and other usual orders separately.Because we cannot divide one order into two or more by Rakuten system.
Please note that the maker might change a little design and the attachment.
We might cancel advance order because of the production stoppage or defective item and so on.
[Regarding the Change of customer information]
When changing delivery address, name and so on, please inform us immediately.
We cannot accept the request like this after shipment.

If you have any request, please put it into remarks column at the ordering.
[Customs duty and other taxes]
Customs duty and other taxes might be levied when ordered items reaches to your country. If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agent. Policies on these taxes vary in each country. Please contact the customs office at your county for more details.
We deliver via EMS or SF Express (China & Hong Kong Only).
- EMS can ship almost all over the world.
- SF Express is for Hong Kong and China only.
- The shipping fee is decided depending on the weight.
Please choose transporter at check out.
If customer does not choose, we ship via EMS because of the following reasons.
(1) Can deliver to almost all over the world.
(2) Can be compensated 20000 JPY or more, if customer wants.
(3) Can combine 2 or more orders into one package.
Please note the followings, when shipping via SF Express.
(1) SF Express are not able to combine 2 or more orders into one package because of the system.
(2) The transportation of SF Express takes more 2 or 3 days than EMS.
(3) We cannot ship on weekend and National holiday because SF Express is closed.
(4) SF Express does not compensate 20000 JPY or more. Can be compensate up to 20000 JPY.
* After the ordering, we send you e-mail for confirmation of the order. Please note that Rakuten’s automatic email is not correct. Because Rakuten system does not deduct tax and cannot calculate shipping fee.
* At the same time, we prepare to ship your parcel immediately. Please contact us as soon as possible before our shipping, if you have inquiry or request.
* We recommend you to place an order after inquiring or requesting and receiving reply from us. Otherwise, we might not be able to answer your request or solve your inquiry.
* We are not able to promise the delivery date and time.
* Please register your name and address in English.
* We inform you a tracking number just after shipment.
[Loss and damage insurance]
Both EMS and SF Express have a reparations system for loss, a theft, and damage. The compensation to the price of up to 20000 JPY is included in the their charge.
When the total amount exceeds 20000 JPY, we recommend you EMS(When higher than 20000 JPY, 50 JPY is needed in each increasing 20000 JPY.). Because SF Express cannot compensate it. We cannot be responsible about the accident in the delivery to overseas.
