野菜や果物の酵素は飲んでいましたが、初めて酒粕と米麹の酵素の存在を知り、興味津々で購入しました。 匂いとやや溶けにくいのが気になりますが、毎日飲んでいます。 以前から酵素は摂取していたので、特別に変わった事は無いように思いますが続けてみます。
