他の販売元の多くは米粉の粉砕粒径が掲載してありますが、ここ半鐘屋さんはありません。 不安でしたが安さにつられ、5kgを3袋購入。 小麦アレルギーの息子に普段からクッキーやケーキ、蒸しパンを作っています。 残念ながら、普段のレシピ本通りでは、米粉が水分を吸い、同じようにはできませんでした。 パンや洋菓子に適当な微細粉ではありません。 学校給食がパンの時、蒸しパンを作っていますが、ふわっと作れず、ベタベタ重い別物になって困っています。

いつもまとめ買いしてますが、今回は食感がいつもと違う気がしました。小麦粉のようなノリっぽい粘りを感じます。挽き方が変わったのか、水分なのか、米の出来なのか?食感が変わってしまって少し残念です。コストパフォーマンスは一番なので、継続購入予定ではありますが、元に戻ることを願ってます。また、これは配送業者の問題だと思いますが、今回は段ボールの上方が歪んで封のテープがはがれていました。食品なので、ちょっと怖かった。
