レシピには書いてありませんでしたが、パンミックスに少量合わせるとちょっともっちりとして食感が良くなりました。

ものすごく細かい粒子だったので片栗粉と混ぜてトッポギを作るのが大変でした(コーンスターチだったらたぶんOK)。袋をよ~く見たら「微粉」のマークが@@;・・。なので初回使った半量の残りは簡単な和菓子を作ろうと思います。これだけキメが細かいと、かなりいいものができます、きっと。送料対策で買ったお団子作りのセットのものを利用してなにか作ろうと思います。時節柄「柏餅」あたりでしょうか、できたら写真をアップしますね^^

前回は1kgを購入しましたが使い切るまでに時間がかかったので、今回は500gを購入しました!米粉パンを焼くのですがモチもモチで、とても美味しいパンが出来ます^^また、なくなったらリピします!!

初めての米粉で、ほかに比較しようが無いので何ともいえませんが、パンを焼くのに小麦粉に混ぜて使っています。ちゃんともっちり感出て美味しくなりました。
