今日届いて、早速、夕飯に使ってみました♪ 蒸し鍋にしたんですが、鍋の幅も大きくて蓋も高さがあるので、一気にいっぱい食材を蒸してくれるし、これから色んな料理に期待出来そうです。 これ一つで蒸したり揚げたり炒めたり煮たり… 今までかさばってた鍋たちをすこし片付けようと思います☆

現在も自分で使っているこのウー・ウェンパン、下で煮物(フライパンでも煮物OK)、仕切りをして同時に上ではシュウマイを蒸したりと、とても便利で、今回は料理好きな母へのプレゼントにしました。必ず気に入ってもらえると確信しています。

こんな使いやすい中華鍋は始めてです。ダイエットのために野菜を蒸したものを作って食べていますが、直ぐに野菜が柔らかくなるのはやはりこの鍋の熱効率のよさだと思います。他の鍋だとやっぱり時間がかかりますから、忙しいときの調理には重宝しております。

このパンひとつで料理が楽しくなります。 一番の気に入った点は広い蒸し器です。えだまめもかるく蒸せます。とうもろこしだって一本丸ごと余裕で蒸せて、茹でるより数倍美味です。 点心を蒸すのも、一度に大量に載せられるし、いちいち水を足すこともないので、一度沸騰させれば何回でも繰り返し好きな種類を蒸し続けられるので時間短縮になります。 テフロン加工は炒め物の汚れもさっと落とせて優秀です。 デザインの良さも含めて納得の一品だと思います。
