便秘に悩む妊婦で、お茶とか飲んでいいのか分からなかったのでチアシード試してみました。 正直そんなに期待してなかったのですが、食べだしてから改善されてきているような気がします。 何より漢方や薬とちがって副作用の心配が無いのもうれしいし、お水でふやかすだけなのでずぼらな私でも今のところ毎朝の習慣に出来ています。 お気に入りの食べ方は一晩ふやかしたチアシードにヨーグルトと潰したバナナを混ぜたものです。 腹持ちもいいし、砂糖入れなくてもバナナの甘みで十分だし、果肉と食べるとプチプチ食感が美味しいので。 次は潰したキウイやイチゴで試してみようかと思います。
