豆乳、水に混ぜて飲んだけど味がしないのでイマイチ・・・。 4連のヨーグルトだと味があるので食べやすかった。 一日大さじ1、とあったので朝、夕と分けて試しているところ。 満腹感はあまり感じないけれど、しばらく続けてみようと思う。
