使用しはじめて4ヶ月弱立ちました。 これまで料理をあまりすることがなくコチラを購入後お料理勉強中です。 よく切れ、重さもちょうど良いです。 手を切ってしまいそうで取り扱いには気をつけたいです。

今まで使っていたオールステンレスの包丁が欠けてしまったので、同じようなタイプを探していました。 切れ味も良く、スッと力を入れなくても切れました! いい買い物をしました♪

今まで使っていたものが100均のものだったのでそれに比べて格段に切れがいい 適度な重さもあり刺身が力を要れず切れるのでうれしい

早速使用してみました。ネギ…つながる事なくキレイな小口切り。トマト…つぶれてグチャグチャにならずスパッと切れます。鶏モモ肉も皮も綺麗に切れます。お安い価格だったのでどうかな?と不安がありましたが買って正解でした。おせち作りに活躍しそうです
