We basically can't accept any return or exchange on overseas orders.
Cancellation after shipping products cannot be performed for overseas shipment.
If the item was damaged, please contact us and bring in the damaged item along with all packaging to your local post office to assess it and make a damage report.
We can accept return or exchange IF items are in the following condition:
-Be in brand new, undamaged, clean, uninstalled, and resalable condition
-Include all components, attaching hardware, and documentation
-Be in their original packaging
We can not accept any return or exchange if items are used or modified.
