我が家のガスレンジは魚焼きグリルがついていないので購入してみました。アジやホッケの干物等、本当に『ふっくら』焼けます。サンマ、サバ、ブリなどの脂の多い生魚など、自身の煙でいぶされて燻製みたいになってとても美味です。 餅や、サツマイモ、ジャガイモ、ナスなどの野菜も『ふっくら』焼けますが、うちの場合魚中心に使用しているので少しニオイが移るのが玉にきず。
