他のレビューを見ると、たまに1合は使いづらいといった意見を見ていたのですが、実際使ってみて、私たち家族はぜんぜんそんなことを思いませんでした。 むしろ、軽いし、3合よりも扱いやすく、とっても重宝しています。 料理、場面に合わせ、使い分けも出来てとても幸せな感じです。

最近の炊飯器の出来が良いのか、 味的には、あんまり感動はありませんでした。 ただ、我が家は二人なので、少量で炊くならこれがベスト!

2食分炊ければいいや、と1合炊きを購入しましたが、二合炊きにすれば良かったなと後悔しています。 初めて炊いたのは発芽玄米です。ほっくり炊けた玄米の香ばしさとプチプチ感がたまりません。同時進行で炊飯器の玄米モードで同量の発芽玄米を炊いてみましたが、軟らか過ぎるし、香ばしさが感じられず、大きな違いを感じました。ガスの種類によって熱量が違うので火加減や炊く時間の長さは使っていくうちに要領を得るんでしょうね。 それから、こちらのショップだと送料無料でお米付き、これはかなりお得だと思います!

他のご飯用の釜とは違って焦げ付きにくいし、使いやすいと思います。土鍋全般に言えることですが、水加減、火加減が難しいです。Webで情報を仕入れたり、いろいろ試したりした結果、時間で区切るより、水は250cc程度入れて中強火で加熱、勢いよく蒸気が上がったら弱火にしてその状態を維持し、その蒸気が弱くなったら蒸らしへ移行する方がうまくいくような気がします(やわらかめかもしれませんが)。料に関しては1人前で1~2杯程度であるなら十分だと思います。うまくすればおいしく炊けるので(加減を間違えると芯が残ったりする)少量のご飯を炊く場合はとてもよいです(最新のものは知りませんが1合以下でうまく炊ける電気釜は知りません)

ご飯がおいしく炊けます。ただ、玄米をいつも食べているのですがまだ納得のいく炊き方ができません。思案中。お米が2キロもついてきてとてもお得ですよ。

おいしいし、すごくご飯を炊くのがかんたん。火加減不要でシュウシュウいってから止めるだけ。よく蒸らしてからふたをあけるとおこげになっていてもこびりつきなし。朝も夜もかまどさんで炊いてる。

いいお米を選んでいたつもりだったけど、これで炊いたとき、今まで食べていたのは本当の味じゃなかったんだ!と実感。甘さ、つや、ふっくら感、どれも本当に「かまど炊き」の美味しさです。薪で炊いたご飯の味を知っているので、正直なところ普通のガスコンロで、ここまで美味しく炊けるとは驚きました。火力の調節もいらないし、絶対オススメです。1合用で、毎食毎食炊き立てを二人で食べています。プラス五穀などを合わせても大丈夫。1.5合くらいまでなら炊けました。玄米は火力を少し落として、時間を長くしたら美味しく炊けました。他にも鍋ものをつくったり、ジャムを煮たりとすごく活躍しています。
