This pannier was designed by a mother designer. So it's a dream come true Pannier for all mothers as it's Light, free size and easy to adjust the volume by simply using your hands by spreading the hard tulle.




The waist of this Pannier is adjustable from minimum of ABOUT 45cm to maximum of ABOUT 95cm.

When choosing the size of the pannier, Catherine Cottage's customer servie advices to the customers to buy 30cm size for 110cm or smaller size dresses. For 120cm or bigger size dresses, we recommend 46cm size pannier. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE SIZE OF THE PANNIER YOU SHOULD BUY WILL DEPEND ON THE DESIGN OF THE DRESS.
Depending on the design or what you do while wearing the pannier, the pannier might become visible so we recommend lightly sewing the pannier to the dress when you use them.

Since I bought a long dress I thought I wouldn't really need a Pannier but this pannier really makes a difference! You can easily adjust the volume so you can make a dress look like a different dress just by wearing the pannier underneath.
I'm planning to have my daughter wear the same dress for a wedding and her violin recital so I think I can arrange the dress to look different at different occasions.
I recommend this pannier for dress wearers!

I casually wear Lolita clothes so a Pannier is a must have product. Because I wear pannier a lot, after a while the pannier would lose volume. Therefore I used to wear pannier over pannier and it gets heavier and heavier. Since I felt the limit I decided to buy two panniers at Catherine Cottage.
The first time I wore the Catherine Cottage pannier, I was like "What was all that hardships I went through wearing three panniers!?" I couldn't believe how light it was. It was lighter than all the panniers I've worn and yet it has twice as much volume.
As it was mentioned in other reviews, if you wear this pannier under a skirt made of really thin material, the uneveness of the pannier becomes visible so you might need to be aware of that.
As for myself, I'm short and only 144cm tall so the 46cm size came up to my knee. When I wear the 46cm size Pannier under a knee length skirt, the pannier becomes visible so I am thinking of buying a 30cm size pannier at Catherine Cottage.
