*This whisky ,as“blended whisky”,is not made of malt whisky and grain whisky.Actually it made of malt whisky and spirit.This is thought to be due to local norm of countryside in Japan.


30km South West of Kobe city, looking out on to the scenically stunning Seto island sea , Awaji Island in front, and Shikoku mountains in Shodo Island in the sight, Quiet town of Eishima with mild climate exists. That is where Eigashima Shuzo stands.

White Oak Whisky

Eigashima Shuzo acquired the Manufacturing license in 1919, and producing White Oak Whisky with the long nourished techniques.
Eigashima Shuzo has been making t the history of Japanese Whisky.

"Let the time flow... Time will mature the whisky" Amber colored mysterious whisky is produced through this mysterious maturing process.

One malt grain turns into one drop of this amber colored whisky.
There is no shortcuts to making a fine whisky. We keep the tradition, do the things that have to be done with our heart, and believe we will get the right answer in time.

Malt and Water

Made from malt carefully chosen and shipped from England.
Made with water....Natural spring water which can be also used for Sake making .

Maturing

Oak cask is used for maturing pure unprocessed whisky.
The whisky breathes inside the Oak cask, the Oak components melt into the whisky and gives it its amber color, rich flavor and the full taste..... and it makes well matured single malt whisky.
