I am particular about tree pail fermentation, the open fire distillation to make the difference with the Yamasaki distillery clear.
It is 1988 that I held apprenticeship. Then it is 20 years. HAKUSHU distillery came to release single malt more than at least liquor instar 18 years at last. It is a bottle deeply impressive personally.
