まごわやさしい、を取り入れようと思い、旦那に玄米の試食として購入。 私は以前食べたことがあるので大丈夫ですが、男性は玄米に抵抗があるようで・・。 白米と混ぜるために買いました。 およそ半分ずつの分量で炊いた結果、玄米混ぜご飯は食べられるようで、これから玄米生活になりそうです☆

ピロール米というのは最近某健康雑誌の広告で初めて知りました。 こんなに素晴らしいお米があるんだ!と感動して、さっそく食べてみたいと思い、まずはお試しサイズのこちらを注文しました。 届いたお米(白米)を見て、思ったより粒が小さい…これはうまく炊き上がるかな…と不安になりました。 しかし炊いてみたら、粒がふっくら大きくなっていてつやつやの炊き上がりでびっくりしました。 そして食べてみたら、甘くてとてもおいしかったです。 お値段も今まで食べていた有機米より安いですし、これからはこちらのお米にしようと思います!
