みずみずしい生のニラをかじって口にひろがるような香りが、開封前から空気中に放出されてます! いいですか、買う前にしっかり密封容器を別に用意しておくべきです。ヒングの壜をジップロックしてさらに密封容器に丸ごと入れるんですよ! 南インドの料理には使うみたいだけど北ではあんまり使わないのかな? にんにくより刺激的で魅惑的な風味付けになりますね。 使うにもほんの一振りくらいしか使わないのですから、もしかしたら、これが一生分かもとか思ったり。

お試し感覚で少量購入できて助かりました。 臭いはかなり覚悟していたのですが、そんなに気になりません。 確かに腐ったタマネギ臭はありますが、容器ごと瓶に入れて冷蔵庫に保管していて、家族のだれも気になっていないようです。 さすがにベジタリアンのために、ニンニクやタマネギの代用品で、豆料理にはそれなりの深みが増しますが、どの程度が適量なのか、加えるタイミングがどうかはこれからの研究です。 たのしい食材です。
