This is kitted fabric made by patching together jersey stitch knit and rib stitch kint that are both woven finely with thin thread.
Designed decoratively by patching them together asymmetrically.
Looks like a single cloth, but it is not. When spread, there are the cuff, the collar or the asymmetric hemline in it.
Looks casual, but can be dressed in several ways, such as a casual Gilet (Vest) or a Stole that would give it a snap.
