Taking measurements (Women's)

Use a string and ruler or a measuring tape to take measurements. For accuracy it is best to measure when wearing only underwear.

Women's A. Head Circumference
Measure around the head just above the eyebrows. Be sure to make sure the measurement is level.
B. Bust
Measure around the fullest part of the bust, over the shoulder blades. Let your arms hang naturally when measuring.
C. waist (Without clothes)
Measure around the narrowest part of the waist, or where the elbow meets the waist when letting your arms hang naturally. Place your index finger between the measuring tape and your waist to ensure a comfortable fit.
D. Lower waist
Measure around the narrowest part of the waist.
E. Hip
Keep your legs together and measure around the fullest part of the hips. Be sure not to pull the measure too tightly and to keep it level.
F. Inseam
Lay a pair of trousers that fit well flat and measure the inside of the leg from the crotch to the cuff. When measuring, round to the nearest half inch (1.25cm). If you plan to machine wash, it is best to add an extra inch (2.5cm) to the measurement.
