From Placing order to receiving item

: Browse or search for the items you want to order and proceed to checkout.
How to search for the product?

: Once your order is completed you will receive an order confirmation email in english from Rakuten.Then you will receive the verification mail from the Shop with details of your order, including the final price (actual price plus shipping cost). If the product you ordered is in the category of Prohibited and Restricted Goods, you will receive the cancellation mail instead. If you have any questions concerning the order contact the Shop directly

: The product you order will be shipped directly from the seller. Please ask the store for the order tracking number and URL.
