Applicable services
If a Rakuten member makes any single order over JPY5,000 (including taxes, not including shipping)
and meets requirements (1) and (2) below, JPY1,000 will be deducted from that order's overseas shipping charges.
(1) "Overseas" is selected as the delivery address
(2) The order is from the Suruga-ya Shop (excluding preorders, merchandise to be shipped by April 30)
* This campaign is not applicable for any other services.
About overseas delivery addresses
If the delivery address for your order is listed as "Overseas", this campaign will apply to your order, whether the address the account is registered with is inside or outside of Japan.
To confirm the delivery address is "Overseas":
1. Check the order by clicking "Display detailed history" in the "Purchase History" section. If "Overseas" is displayed in the "Delivery address" box, this campaign is applicable to your order.
2. If you are using the Shopping Cart in Japanese, you can confirm the destination under "送付先情報" in Step 4.
* When using the Shopping Cart in English, only orders using "Rakuten International Shipping Services" under "Shipping options" are applicable
3. You can also confirm the shipping address in the order confirmation e-mail sent by Rakuten after the order.
* This campaign is not applicable for orders sent to Japan, even if "Overseas" is selected as the delivery address.
To change a delivery address after an order is completed, please contact the shop directly.
