| Which services are part of this promotion? |
Standard purchase at Rakuten Ichiba, Rakuten Ichiba for mobile phone; Purchase at Rakuten Books, Rakuten Books for mobile phone and Rakuten Ichiba using Tenso.com and vPost forwarding services.
- Rakuten Books does not provide international shipping. Therefore, by using "tenso.com" service for a purchase at Rakuten Books, you will be eligible for this promotion. Details about "tenso.com" are here.
- Purchase at services other than the above will not be not subject to this Promotion.
- You may purchase from multiple shops of Rakuten Ichiba and the total purchase amount should exceed JPY5,000.
- If a price of a product purchased is less than 100 yen, it will not be counted as a part of the total purchase amount.
- Shipping costs, gift wrapping fees and customs taxes (if any) will not be counted as a part of the total purchase amount.
- Any out-of-stock products or order cancellations will not be counted as a part of the total purchase amount.

| How to set "international shipping"? |
Your purchase will be taken into account as long as you choose "Rakuten International Shipping Services" in the "Shipping Method" and input a delivery address outside of Japan. Whereas the address in your Membership Registration can be in or outside of Japan.
- To check whether the shipment is set on "International", you may:
- Check "Purchase Details " (Purchase Details) from "Purchase History " (Purchase History). If the Shipping destination is set on "international", then the purchase will be taken into account.
- Check Shipping Information from STEP 4 of the purchase page, if you are using Shopping Cart in Japanese.
- If you are using Shopping Cart in English, you must choose "Rakuten International Shipping Services" in "2. Shipping options" of STEP 3 of the checkout and make sure to have a delivery address which is outside of Japan, written in English.
- Also check from Purchase Confirmation E-mail (e-mail sent to you automatically upon completion of your order)
