Inclusive Salons? Diversity Drives Business Growth throughout Rakuten

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) are key components of Rakuten's corporate strategy, and these ideas are being expanded to services in the Rakuten Ecosystem through an initiative known as "Service Inclusion." This video introduces the Inclusive Salon Project in which over 100 beauty salons have signed up to be more inclusive of LGBTQ+ people by using inclusive language, providing all-gender restrooms, and removing gender-based pricing from their service menus.
