RNN took the opportunity to sit down with two of Rakuten Group's global leaders for an in-depth chat on their businesses' year-end activities and the year ahead at the start of 2025.
In the first of these interviews, Amit Patel, CEO of Rakuten International, which oversees multiple businesses in the Americas and Europe, provides insights into the strategy and results behind Rakuten Rewards' peak shopping season.
