[25th Anniv.] Rakuten Mobile & Senior's Experience

As 2022 marks the 25th anniversary of the Rakuten Group, RNN set out to hear about the positive changes it has brought to a nationwide community of users. In this video, we begin by featuring a couple of senior citizens who are farmers in Shimane Prefecture. They showed us how signing up for Rakuten Mobile and getting their first smartphones has helped make their daily lives more convenient and fun. They use their smartphones to monitor the temperature of their greenhouses and the movement of the rain clouds, and learn more about how to operate tractors by watching videos online. We also introduce the comings and goings at a regional Rakuten Mobile store and finish off with a selection of interviews with people on the street in Shimane.
